Shipping Policy

No Physical Shipping

TPG LIGHTING sells digital design files only. Nothing is shipped, so there are no shipping fees, carriers, customs charges or delivery addresses. Everything is delivered by download.

How Delivery Works

Once your payment is confirmed, we send an email with a secure download link to the address you entered at checkout. This normally arrives within a few minutes. You can open the link on any device and save the files to your computer.

If You Did Not Receive Your Email

First check your spam or promotions folder and make sure the email address on your order is correct. If the email still has not arrived after 30 minutes, write to us at [email protected] with your order number and we will resend your link.

Download Access

Download links stay active so you can re-download your files if needed. We recommend keeping a local backup. If a link has expired or stopped working, contact us and we will reissue it.

Technical Requirements

Product pages list the file formats included. You will need compatible software to open them. Files are delivered as ZIP archives when a product has several parts, so make sure your device can extract ZIP files.

Availability

Because delivery is digital, our files can be bought from anywhere in the world, subject to applicable laws and payment provider availability.
